07.01 · License grant
License grant
On completion of payment and delivery, SelfCRM ("we") grants you ("Customer") a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to install, modify, and operate the SelfCRM platform ("the Platform") in accordance with the plan you purchased.
This license does not expire. It is not tied to a subscription. It does not require phone-home or online license activation once installed.
07.02 · Ownership
Ownership
What the Customer owns
Ownership is the product.
Source code
Delivered to your Git repository at license transfer.
Deployment
You control every server, container and domain.
Database
Postgres lives on infrastructure you own or rent directly.
Infrastructure
Hosting, DNS, storage — entirely your choice.
Customer data
Contacts, conversations, media and logs belong to you.
Meta Business account
Your numbers, your templates, your compliance record.
AI provider keys
Your keys, your quota, your invoice from the provider.
Custom development
Every feature built for you becomes part of your repository.
If SelfCRM were to disappear tomorrow, your installation would continue operating unchanged. That is the point of the product.
07.03 · Source code
Source code
The complete source code — every module, migration, worker, admin surface and shipped asset — is delivered to your private Git repository at license transfer. There are no obfuscated modules, no encrypted binaries and no runtime license checks against SelfCRM servers.
07.04 · Customization rights
Customization rights
You may modify the source code freely for your own business, including:
- Adding modules. New features, workflows, admin surfaces.
- Modifying existing modules. Change UI, logic, database schema.
- Adding integrations. Any provider, any API, any internal system.
- Forking. Maintain your own long-term branch of the platform.
Modifications live in your repository and stay with you forever. There is no requirement to contribute changes back or to relicense your modifications.

07.06 · Restrictions
Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to every plan:
- Redistribution. You may not publish, share or sell the SelfCRM source code as-is, whether free or paid.
- Reselling. You may not resell the Platform, or deployments built on it, as a standalone product to third parties.
- SaaS usage. You may not operate a public, multi-tenant SaaS product powered by SelfCRM.
- License circumvention. You may not bypass license verification, remove ownership metadata or misrepresent your license tier.
07.07 · Redistribution
Redistribution
The SelfCRM source code may not be published to public repositories, package registries, code-sharing sites or file-sharing services. Sharing the code with contractors and employees working on your installation is permitted, provided they are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.
07.08 · Reselling
Reselling
SelfCRM is licensed for your own business — reselling, sublicensing, white-labeling or agency-style resale of the Platform is not permitted on any plan. If you manage multiple clients or brands, use separate business workspaces (up to 10 on Growth, unlimited on Enterprise) under your own account instead.
07.09 · SaaS usage
SaaS usage
Operating a public, multi-tenant SaaS product powered by SelfCRM is not permitted on any plan. Every plan is intended for the license holder's own business — internal use across as many workspaces as your plan allows, not open-signup SaaS operations.
07.10 · Support
Support
- Starter
- 30 days of deployment and defect support.
- Growth
- 30 days of deployment and defect support, with priority response.
- Enterprise
- 90 days of deployment, defect and integration support, plus a priority engineering queue.
Extended support is available on demand at any time, priced by the block. Support access is separate from the license itself — your installation keeps running whether or not you have an active support window.
07.11 · Updates
Updates
Product updates are published as tagged releases in your repository for the duration of your update window. You pull the tag, review the diff and deploy on your schedule. No forced upgrades. No telemetry-driven updates.
07.12 · Termination
Termination
This license is perpetual. SelfCRM may terminate it only in cases of material breach — for example, publishing the source code publicly, operating unauthorized SaaS or reselling the Platform, or using it to send illegal or abusive messages. Even in the event of termination, your ownership of your customer data, infrastructure and Meta Business account is unaffected.
07.13 · Liability
Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted, SelfCRM's total liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the license fee paid during the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
